Avenue Supermarts (CMP: Rs 4,271.1)

Doshi: Avoid

  • Tough competition from e-commerce.
  • Margins will be under pressure in the future.
  • Overall, the sales volume will not be so great.
  • Can sell on rise and go into sectors like defence, banking.

Varun Beverages (CMP: Rs 401.8)

Doshi: Hold

  • Last few quarters, volume has gone down.
  • Lots of competition from Campa Cola.
  • Expanding overseas, volume will be in pressure in the future.
  • Can hold on to the stock but don't average it.

NHPC (CMP: Rs 75.39)

Doshi: Hold

  • Don't average, hold the stock currently.
  • Company is struggling on the volume part, profit is not so great.
  • Hold for now, sell on rise.

National Aluminium Company (CMP: Rs 399.45)

Bhagwat: Hold

  • Positive view.
  • Hold for possible targets till Rs 440-475

HDFC Bank (CMP: Rs 9,673)

Doshi: Sell

  • Sell the stock, hold on to ICICI Bank.

Tata Technologies (CMP: Rs 531.05)

Doshi: Sell On Rise

  • Don't average the stock.
  • Sell on rise.
