Bajaj Auto Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
In an exchange filing dated April 13, Bajaj Auto said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 6 to consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, on equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31.

Bajaj Auto Q3 Results
Bajaj Auto reported a 23.1% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 16,640.49 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 13,516.41 crore in Q3FY25. Profit after tax grew 25.2% YoY to Rs 2,749.82 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 2,195.65 crore in Q3FY25.
