Meesho Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
In an exchange filing dated April 25, Meesho said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 6 to consider and approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31.
The company did not make any announcement about the consideration of a dividend.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Feb. 22 till 48 hours after the declaration of Q4FY26 results.

The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 6 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss its Q4FY26 results.
Meesho Q3 Results
Meesho reported a 26.25% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 3,596.4 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 2,848.6 crore in Q3FY25. It reported a loss of Rs 490.7 crore in Q3FY26 compared to a loss of Rs 37.4 crore in Q3FY25.

Shares of Meesho have risen 23.71% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. In the past month, it has jumped 48.11%. On a year-to-date basis, Meesho share price has grown 22.72%. Since its listing in December 2025, it has climbed 31.01%. The stock hit a high of Rs 254.40 apiece on the NSE on Dec. 18, 2025, and a low of Rs 125.56 apiece on March 16, 2026. At 9:53 a.m. on Tuesday, Meesho shares were trading 2.67% higher at Rs 222.83 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.29% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
