Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity share, the company confirmed in a filing to the exchanges on Thursday. Adani Ports confirmed the dividend alongside its fourth quarter earnings for the financial year ending March 2026.
Adani Ports further confirmed they have set June 12 as the record date for the final dividend, pending approval of shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The final dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or after June 25, 2026.
