IPOs This Week: NSDL, Sri Lotus, Aditya Infotech To List; 11 New Issues Opening
11 new IPOs are set to open during Aug. 4-8 period, including three mainboard issues - Highway Infrastructure Ltd., Knowledge Realty Trust REIT, JSW Cement Ltd.
India's secondary market will see a range of companies making their debut on the stock exchanges in the coming week. National Securities Depository Ltd., Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd., M&B Engineering Ltd., Lakshmi India Finance Ltd. and Aditya Infotech Ltd. are the five companies set to list on the BSE and NSE this week.
NSDL, whose book-building issue of Rs 4,011.6 crore was subscribed 41 times, will list on the bourses on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
Backed by Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, Mumbai-based Sri Lotus Developers, as well as M&B Engineering, will also list on the same day.
On Tuesday, Aug. 5, shares of NBFC company Lakshmi India Finance and video security and surveillance products maker Aditya Infotech will debut.

New Mainboard IPOs
11 new IPOs are set to open during Aug. 4-8 period, including three mainboard issues.
Highway Infrastructure Ltd. will be open between Aug. 5 and 7 with a total issue size of Rs 130 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 1.39 crore shares aggregating to Rs 97.52 crores and offer for sale of 0.46 crore shares aggregating to Rs 32.48 crores.
The company is engaged in tollway collection, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, and real estate development business.
Knowledge Realty Trust REIT will also open on the same day with a book-building issue of Rs 4,800 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 48 crore shares. The price band is set at Rs 95 to Rs 100 per share. The lot size for an application is 150.
Knowledge Realty Trust is the largest office REIT in India, based on Gross Asset Value (GAV) worth Rs 61,998 crore as of March 31, 2025. It is also the second-largest office REIT globally in terms of leasable area.

JSW Cement Ltd. will have its IPO open from Aug. 7 to Aug. 11.
