The retail category was subscribed 98.48 times, with 21,48,86,000 bids received against 21,82,000 shares on offer. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 78.22 times, with investors applying for 9,76,20,000 shares as compared to 12,48,000 shares on offer.
Barflex Polyfilms's IPO combines a fresh issue of 20.53 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 12.32 crore and an offer for sale of 45.17 lakh shares worth Rs 27.10 crore.
