Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the centenary celebrations of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) on Saturday, September 5, marking 13 years since his address at the Delhi University affiliated college.
During an address at the centenary celebrations of SRCC, PM Modi explained the three ways of looking at a glass that is half-filled with water, while referring to the country's challenges.
He said, "One perspective is to see the glass as half full of water. The second is to see it as half empty. And the third is to see the glass as completely full, half with water and half with air. This was a time when the country was sinking into a swamp of despair. Even then, I had said that I did not look at the glass as half full or half empty. I did not see it as incomplete. I saw the glass as completely full, half with water and half with air."
Delighted to join the centenary celebrations of Shri Ram College of Commerce. Over the years, this institution has given generations of students the opportunity to learn, grow and make a difference.@SRCCOfficial
