Persistent Systems Q3 Results: Persistent Systems announced its October-December quarter results for fiscal 2025-26 (Q3FY26) on Tuesday, Jan. 20, reporting a drop of 6.7% in consolidated net profit to Rs 439 crore, compared to Rs 471 crore in the preceding September quarter. The IT major's revenue from operations in the third quarter of current fiscal rose 5.5% sequentially to Rs 3,778 crore, compared to Rs 3,581 crore in the previous quarter.
The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share per equity share of Rs 5 each for fiscal ending March 31, 2026. The record date for the payment of the dividend is fixed as Jan. 27, 2026. ''The interim dividend approved and declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Jan. 20, 2026, will be paid to the Members within a statutory timeline of 30 days of its declaration,'' said Persistent Systems in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Tuesday.

On the operational performance, Perisistent System's earnings before interest and tax increased 8.5% to Rs 632 crore, compared to Rs 583 crore in the preceding September quarter. The company's dollar revenue grew 4% QoQ to $422.5 million, while the board declared an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share.
