(Bloomberg) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. said it is in talks with regulators to resolve investigations into the bank's hiring practices in Asia.
The discussions may not result in settlements, according to a regulatory filing Tuesday from the New York-based bank. The U.S. Justice Department and Securities and Exchange Commission have been investigating for more than three years whether the firm inappropriately hired the children of Chinese decision-makers to win business.
