New Delhi:
Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Friday said the country's fiscal deficit for the fiscal year ending in March will not be altered by any extra borrowing.
In his Budget speech last week, Mr Chidambaram had said that the country's fiscal deficit for 2012-13 is expected at 5.2 per cent of the gross domestic product (GDP).
