Realme is all set to launch its latest smartphones in India and various details have been outed. If you are in the market to purchase a new smartphone in the mid-range segment, take a close look at this upcoming one. First of all, what kind of a hit to the wallet can you expect? The Realme P3 5G price on launch is expected to start at Rs 16,999. This is a part of the company's 'early bird' sale starting from March 19, 6:00 p.m., according to the company's website.
Realme P3 is set to pack a Snapdragon Gen 4 5G chip. And it was touted as India's first phone to carry this chipset, according to the company's website.
Realme P3 is powered by a Titan battery with a 6,000 mAh battery, and will provide 45W fast charging support.
The phone comes with three storage options with varying price points based on the variant selected for purchase. The lowest priced Realme P3 version is the one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It starts at Rs. 16,999. The 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 17,999 and the 8GB + 256GB version will cost Rs. 19,999.
Other sale offers conditional to the phone's purchase include saving an extra Rs. 500 by exchanging an older Realme smartphone model for this one, a Rs. 2,000 bank discount and a 50% off on Realme care +.
Additional offers include a special new launch offer of Buds Air 5 earphones at Rs 1,499 and the Buds Wireless 5 ANC at Rs 1,599.
The company reported that the smartphone had secured a rating of 'IP69' for dust and water resistance.
It boasts an Amoled display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz with "true-to-life" colours.
The phone will include realme's proprietary 'GT Boost' technology that uses AI to reduce input lag and optimise battery consumption along with ensuring the phone meets other benchmarks adhering to battle royale videogame tournament standards formulated in collaboration with Krafton, the publisher of the 'Battlegrounds Mobile India' video game.
The smartphone also reportedly provides 90 FPS support for the aforementioned game.
The Realme P3 5G phones comes in 'Space Silver', 'Nebula Pink' and 'Comet Grey' colours.
