Oppo's upcoming flagship, the Find X9 Ultra, is slated for an unveiling in March, with fresh leaks providing more clarity on its key specs, particularly the battery and camera module. Following leaked images of the purported Find X9 Ultra revealing its massive camera bump, a tipster has offered details about its battery capacity and refresh rate, which haven't surfaced earlier.

Oppo Find X9 Ultra Battery Capacity, Refresh Rate Tipped

Tipster Yogesh Brar recently shared details via X, revealing that engineering validation test units of the Find X9 Ultra house a 7,050mAh battery. This battery size exceeds Oppo's stated minimum of 7,000mAh for flagships and surpasses the previous Find X8 Ultra's 6,100mAh cell, although some earlier rumours suggested capacities around 7,300mAh or higher for the Pro/Ultra lineup.

Brar also hinted at a 144Hz refresh rate on a 2K BOE OLED panel. He expects the final retail version to adopt a 120Hz refresh rate, aligning with common flagship practices for better power efficiency.

Oppo Find X9 Ultra's Massive Camera Module Spotted In Real-Life Images

Camera remains a major focus for Oppo in the Find X9 Ultra leaks. Real-life photos from Weibo recently showed the Find X9 Ultra in a confidentiality case during public testing, but the oversized camera bump is clearly visible. Hasselblad tuning continues, and accessories like a 300mm telephoto extender have appeared in prior images.

The rear module is expected to house a quad camera setup: a 200MP main sensor, a 200MP telephoto, a 50MP periscope with 10x optical zoom, and an ultrawide sensor.

Oppo Find X9 Ultra: Other Expected Specs

The Find X9 Ultra is anticipated to feature a 6.82-inch flat Amoled display with 2K resolution. Powering it will likely be Qualcomm's cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, promising top-tier performance over the Dimensity 9500 used in the standard Find X9 and Pro models. Software is expected to run on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. Additional features may include fast 80W wired charging (and possibly 50W wireless).
