BenQ Debuts Programming Monitor Series With Launch Of RD240Q
RD240Q features a coding mode that enhances text clarity, making code more distinguishable in various light conditions and themes.
Display technology company BenQ has launched its RD240Q monitor as part of a new RD Series, a range of monitors designed for programmers and developers. The RD240Q is equipped with fine-coated panel, which features advanced anti-glare and anti-reflective properties suitable for coding.
RD240Q features a coding mode, which enhances text clarity, making code more distinguishable in various lighting conditions and themes. The monitor includes a coding hot key that aids programmers in achieving a focused state of flow, helping enhance productivity.
The monitor features a 24.1-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600) resolution, allowing more lines of code to be displayed vertically, and offers both ergonomically adjustable and fixed stand options. It is equipped with a KVM switch, multi-stream transport and a suite of productivity software.
According to BenQ, the RD series also incorporates Night Hours Protection technology that combines minimal brightness settings, an eye-care filter, dark room optimisation and Brightness Intelligence Gen2, which automatically adjusts to ambient lighting.
