During the run chase, India lost Sanju Samson (0) on the very first ball. But his opening partner, Abhishek Sharma, played another imposing knock, scoring an unbeaten 68 off just 20 deliveries. The left-hander blazed 7 fours and 5 sixes in his tremendous innings and made it really easy for India to coast home. No.3 Ishan Kishan (28) missed out after an encouraging start, but skipper Suryakumar built on his promising innings in the previous game to compile 57 not out off 26 deliveries. India finished the game in just 10 overs with eight wickets remaining.
