IDBI Capital's IPO Report
PKH Ventures Ltd. was incorporated on March 23, 2000 and is in the business of construction and development, hospitality and management services.
PKH Ventures has been executing various construction projects since 2015. These include civil construction for residential and commercial buildings, certain civil works projects, Mumbai Hotels and a Government Project.
The company plans fresh Issue of up to 1,82,58,427 equity shares and offer for sale of up to 98,31,461 equity shares. Fresh issue to invest Rs 1,236 million in 16 mega watt Halaipani Hydro Project Pvt. Ltd., invest Rs 800 million in construction for funding working capital requirements and pursuing inorganic growth of Rs 400 million through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
