Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda has acquired an apartment in Versova area of Andheri West in Mumbai for Rs. 5.63 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
Hooda's newly purchased apartment is placed in Bianca C.H.S. Ltd. and has a built-up area of 142.19 sq. m. or 1,530 sq. ft. The transaction involved a stamp duty of Rs 33.78 lakh and registration fees of Rs 30,000, as per the property registration documents from the inspector general of registration, reviewed by Square Yards
Andheri West is well-positioned between Mumbai's notable business districts and entertainment zones. It boasts connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line.
