Route Mobile Eyes FY27 Growth As CPaaS Pressures Ease
Route Mobile expects revenue growth to recover in FY27 as industry headwinds ease, Chief Executive Officer Tushar Agnihotri told NDTV Profit. The company is targeting mid-to-high single-digit revenue growth and around 12% Ebitda, aided by new product revenues, AI-led CPaaS use cases, and cross-selling opportunities from Proximus Group and TeleSign offerings. Agnihotri said the pressure in the CPaaS industry is more a case of budget reallocation than budget cuts, with enterprises shifting from traditional SMS-led communication to newer OTT channels.
