IndiQube Spaces expects to maintain its margin outlook for the current and next financial years as demand from global capability centres remains strong, co-founder Rishi Das told NDTV Profit. GCCs account for about 49% of the flexible workspace provider’s total occupied area and are expected to absorb a large share of office space going forward. IndiQube, which operates across 17 Indian cities, including Indore, Mohali and Visakhapatnam, currently has occupancy levels of over 80%, while occupancy at steady-state centres exceeds 90%. Das added that all leases are capitalised across the industry.
