India's largest public sector bank, State Bank of India, is set to announce its results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, next week.
In an exchange filing dated April 24, 2025, SBI said, "In compliance with Regulation 29 (1) (a), Regulation 50 (1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we advise that a meeting of the Central Board of the Bank will be held on Saturday, 3 rd May 2025 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider the financial results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025"
The Board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for FY24-25. An Analyst meet will be conducted on May 3 at 5:00 p.m. post Q4 FY25 results announcement at State Bank Bhavan Auditorium.
SBI Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
As per SEBI rules for preventing insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of SBI has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Bank and their immediate relatives/dependents from 01.04.2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 as already intimated to stock exchanges. - as per the exchange filing.
