In an exchange filing dated May 9, Cochin Shipyard said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 15 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons from April 1 until 48 hours after the declaration of results for Q4 and FY25, in compliance with SEBI’s guidelines on insider trading.

The company’s consolidated net profit declined 27.57% year-on-year to Rs 176.99 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 244.38 crore in Q3 FY24. Its total income rose 7.2% YoY to Rs 1,194.42 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,114.11 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses rose 23% year-on-year to Rs 952.56 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 774.07 crore in Q3 FY24.
