The Railway Ministry launched the RailOne super app for passengers on Monday as an integrated platform for multiple services. Available on both Android and iOS, it is designed to act as a unified app bringing together almost all major services offered by the IRCTC and Indian Railways for passengers.
Users can access several train-related services such as ticket booking, PNR information, seat availability and food ordering, among others, through the RailOne app.
The app comes with a clean, simple user interface that is designed for convenience. On the homepage, users' names will appear once they register and below that, they can see large icons, displaying all the services.
The first section is called "Journey Planning." Here, you can book reserved, unreserved, or platform tickets. Users can select the ticket type they need and submit their details to get their tickets.

If a customer wants to lodge a grievance related to any train service, they can select the “Rail Madad” option in this section. This feature helps users report issues directly.
Steps To Book Reserved Ticket On RailOne App
1. Open the RailOne app.
2. On the homepage, click the ‘Reserved Ticket' section.
3. Enter your journey details like source, destination, and date.
4. Proceed to payment and confirm your booking.
Steps To Check PNR On The RailOne App
1. Click the PNR option on the homepage under “More Offerings.”
2. Enter your PNR number.
3. Submit the PNR to view your booking details.
4. Check train info, journey date, seat status, upcoming stations and next stoppage.
Steps To File A Complaint On Rail Madad Through RailOne App
1. Submit your concern using video, image, or audio.
2. Confirm if you need help on the train or at the station.
3. Describe your problem clearly.
4. Submit your complaint for action.
Apart from these services, passengers can also order food during their train journey by using this app. There are several partner restaurants that deliver food on the train at major stations. To book the service, the users can simply enter their PNR number and choose from available menus at their preferred station.
The RailOne app also includes a wallet feature for quick and easy payments. The app currently offers a 3% discount on booking unreserved and platform tickets.
