Adani Group entered the professional world of Golf with the launch of training academy Adani-PGTI at Belvedere Golf & Country Club in Ahmedabad. It was the part of the partnership with the Professional Gold Tour of India, which is an official sanctioning body of men's professional golf in India.

The group will also launch Adani Invitational Golf Championship 2025 in partnership with the Professional Gold Tour of India. The intent of this initiative is to promote and broader gold's accessibility and elevate the sports' status as mainstream. This initiative will also help cultivate next generation of global champions from India.
Golf is a very niche sports in India which is recently growing as number of golf club, training academies, and professional tours increase. However, despite growing popularity, the sports remained limited to wealthier class and yet to gain popularity among commoners.
