Shares of UltraTech Cement traded flat after the company reported fourth quarter earnings on Monday, April 27, posting in-line profit.

UltraTech share price rose up to 1% to trade at Rs 12,198 apiece. The scrip was trading 0.08% higher by 2:46 p.m. The benchmark NSE Nifty 50 was down 0.85%.

UltraTech Q4 Results

The cement maker's net pofit grew 20.2% to Rs 2,983 crore in foruth quarter of fiscal 2026 from Rs 2,482 crore in the same period previous year. Revenue rose 11.9% to Rs 25,799 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 23,063 crore in Q4FY25. Meanwhile, EBITDA was up 21.3% at Rs 5,600 crore for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026 compared to Rs 4,618 crore in Q4FY25. Additionally, EBITDA margin touched 21.7% from 20%.

UltraTech Dividend

UltraTech Cement declared final interim dividend of Rs 240 per equity share, along with its fourth quarter earnings result. The dividend is announced with a face value of ₹10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The total aggregate outflow for UltraTech Cement on account of dividend for the year will be Rs 7,072.30 crore. Last year, UltraTech Cement had announced a total dividend of Rs 77.50 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
