In an exchange filing dated March 23, Tata Capital said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 23 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the bank for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
A separate filing dated April 17 said that the Board of Directors will also consider a proposal for recommendation of a final dividend on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if any, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for all designated persons and all other insiders of the bank from March 24 to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for Q4FY26.

Tata Capital Q3 Results
Tata Capital reported a 12.2% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 7,978.85 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 7,111.18 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit rose 20.4% YoY to Rs 1,264.74 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 1,050.37 crore in Q3FY25.
