Indain equity benchmarks rallied during the last-hour trade on reports of US nearing to end war with Iran. The NSE Nifty 50 closed up 1.24% at 24,330.95, gaining 298.15 points, while the BSE Sensex ended 1.22% higher at 77,958.52, up 940.73 points.

The White House is nearing a one-page memorandum of understanding with Iran to end the conflict, Axios reported citing US officials. The proposed agreement aims to create a framework for more detailed nuclear talks, the report added. Meanwhile, Brent crude for July delivery dropped over 7% to $101.75 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate fell 7.6% to $94.78.

  • Larsen & Toubro reported Q4 consolidated revenue of Rs 82,762 crore, up 11.3% year on year, while net profit fell 3.1% to Rs 5,326 crore. EBITDA rose 5% to Rs 8,611 crore, with margin at 10.4%.
  • The company guided for 10–12% order inflow CAGR and 12–15% revenue CAGR till FY31, and said margins are expected to remain flat next year.
