Shares of the housing finance company fluctuated between gains and losses after posting its fourth quarter earnings.
- Q4 net income Rs 2,044 crore versus estimate of Rs 2,020 crore
- Total income Rs 8,502 crore versus Rs 9,210 crore YoY
- Provisions stood at Rs 148 crore, down 26.5 percent QoQ
- Group net income Rs 3,080 crore versus Rs 3460 crore YoY
- To pay dividend of Rs 15 per share
- Stock down as much as 1.8% to Rs 532, most since April 2017
- Q4 net loss at Rs 351.5 lakh vs Rs 261.6 lakh last year
- Relative strength index is 78, indicating that the stock may be overbought
