REC Ltd. has declared its fourth interim dividend of Rs 3.2 per equity share for the financial year ending March 2026, during its board meeting on Monday, the company confirmed in an exchange filing.
To determine the eligibility of the shareholders, the company has set March 6 as the record date and said that payout of the dividend will happen on or before Friday, March 20, 2026.
