Vodafone Idea has announced that its Board of directors will meet on May 16, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The Board will also consider a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or warrants on a preferential basis, subject to the required approvals, including shareholder approval.
