NMDC Ltd.'s share price fell over 2% following the announcement of its Q4 FY25 results. The company's consolidated net profit fell by 21.8%, amounting to Rs 1,483.18 crore, compared to Rs 1,896.66 crore in the same period last year.
Despite a 6.6% increase in revenue, which reached Rs 7,004.59 crore from Rs 6,567.83 crore, the company's Ebitda declined by 13.5% to Rs 2,051.11 crore from Rs 2,372.01 crore. This resulted in a narrowing of the Ebitda margin to 29.3% from 36.1%.
The mineral public sector undertaking also declared a final dividend of Rs 1 per share for the financial year 2024-25, maintaining the face value of Rs 1 each.

The scrip fell as much as 2.87% to Rs 70.65 apiece. It pared gains to trade 1.98% lower at Rs 71.30 apiece, as of 09:42 a.m. This compares to a 0.14% decline in the NSE Nifty 50.
It has risen 17% in the last 12 months. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 2.7 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 58.
