Hindustan Zinc Dividend FY26: Board Meeting Details, Record Date And Other Key Details

The record date for determining the eligibility for receiving the dividend is June 17, according to a stock exchange filing.

Vedanta subsidiary Hindustan Zinc Ltd. has announced the schedule for a meeting of its Board of Directors to consider the recommendation of the first interim dividend for FY26.

Last week, the company informed the stock exchanges about its Board meeting to consider and approve the first interim dividend for FY 2026-26.

Hindustan Zinc Dividend 2025

In an exchange filing dated June 6, Hindustan Zinc said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on June 11 to consider and approve the first interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for FY26.

“The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, will consider and approve the first Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26,” the filing said.

The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend, if declared, is June 17.

Hindustan Zinc Dividend 2025: Trading Window Closure

The company informed the stock exchanges that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for all designated persons from June 9 to June 13, in compliance with SEBI guidelines to prevent insider trading.

Hindustan Zinc Q4 Results 2025

The company reported a 47.35% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 3,003 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 2,038 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations increased 20.37% YoY to Rs 9,087 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 7,549 crore in the year-ago quarter. Total expenses grew 8.5% YoY to Rs 5,532 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 5,099 crore in Q4 FY24.

Hindustan Zinc Dividend History

In 2024, Hindustan Zinc announced two interim dividends of Rs 10 and Rs 19 with ex-dates of May 15 and Aug. 28, respectively. In 2023, it announced four interim dividends of Rs 13, Rs 26, Rs 7 and Rs 6 per share. In 2022, it announced two interim dividends of Rs 21 and Rs 15.5. 

Shares of Hindustan Zinc were trading 3.24% higher at Rs 518.5 apiece on the NSE at 11:19 a.m. on Monday, compared to a 0.47% rise in the benchmark Nifty50 at 25,121.5.

The stock earlier rallied as much as 4.03% to hit an intraday high of Rs 522.5 apiece on the NSE in morning trade.
