After record revenue and profit after tax (PAT) in Q2FY26, Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to share its financial performance for the October to December period of FY26. The auto major will be among hundreds of companies to share Q3FY26 earnings this week.

Through its results, Hero MotoCorp will share insights about its growth, profits, margins, assets and other aspects during the quarter under review. Investors and analysts will closely watch for key financial parameters, comparing them sequentially and year-on-year to understand the company's potential. It will also be reviewed compared to its peer to understand its fiscal health and broader sectoral trends.

Hero MotoCorp also plans to hold an earnings conference call to discuss Q3 results with investors and analysts.

Hero MotoCorp has informed the exchanges its Board of Directors will meet on Feb. 5 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025.

“In the said meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26,” the company said.

Hero MotoCorp Q3 Trading Window

In view of the upcoming Q3 results, the company has announced that its trading window for designated persons will remain closed from Jan. 1 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter.

Hero MotoCorp Q2FY26 Results (Standalone)

Hero MotoCorp posted its highest-ever revenue and profit for Q2FY26. Its standalone revenue from operations grew 16% year-on-year to Rs 12,126 crore from Rs 10,463 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit rose 16% to Rs 1,393 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 1,203 crore in Q2FY25. Ebitda increased 20% year-on-year to Rs 1,823 crore, while the Ebitda margin stood at 15%. The company sold 16.91 lakh two-wheelers during the quarter.

In the last five trading sessions, the stock of Hero MotoCorp has gained 5.14%. However, in the past month, the auto stock has dropped 2.16%. In the last six months, shares of the company have advanced 29.10%, while rising 38.21% in the last one year. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has gained 0.25%. 

Shares of Hero MotoCorp touched a 52-week high of Rs 6,388.5 apiece on the NSE on Dec. 5, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 3,344 apiece on April 7. Hero MotoCorp shares ended 1.61% higher at Rs 5,856 apiece on the NSE on Wednesday. This compares to a 0.19% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
