Tata Steel Ltd. will announce results for the third quarter of FY26 this week. The steel manufacturing company, which has an annual crude steel capacity of 21.6 MTPA in India, is also one of the largest steel producers in Europe with a crude steel production capacity of 12 MTPA. Here's everything you need to know about Tata Steel's Q3FY26 results announcement: 

Tata Steel Q3 Results: Date  

In an exchange filing dated Jan. 23, Tata Steel said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Feb. 6  to consider and take on record the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025.

Tata Steel Q3 Results: Trading Window Closure

In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Dec. 25, 2025 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the Q3FY26 results.

Tata Steel Q2 Results

Tata Steel reported an 8.87% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 58,689 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 53,905 crore in Q2FY25. Reported profit after tax jumped 319.4% YoY to Rs 3,183 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 759 crore in Q2FY25.

Shares of Tata Steel have fallen 0.99% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. In the past month, it has increased 5.10% and in the past six months, it has grown 22.34%. On a year-to-date basis, Tata Steel share price has risen by 7.32%. Over the past year, it has jumped by 46.30%. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 202.99 apiece on the NSE on Jan. 29, 2026, and a 52-week low of Rs 125.30 apiece on April 9, 2025. Tata Steel shares ended 1.18% higher at Rs 195.20 apiece on the NSE on Wednesday. This compares to a flat benchmark Nifty 50.
