Dividends This Week — Muthoot Finance, Sanofi India, Schaeffler India And More

Several companies, including Schaeffler India, Muthoot Finance, and Sanofi India, will distribute interim and final dividends after announcing results for Q4 and FY25 during the week of April 21 to April 25.

Other companies that will pay dividends include CIE Automotive India, Elantas Beck India, Colab Platforms and Huhtamaki India.

Dividend Distribution This Week

Muthoot Finance

As per its stock exchange filing, the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the interim dividend is April 25. The interim dividend, if approved, will be paid to shareholders within 30 days of its declaration. 

Earlier, the company awarded an interim dividend of Rs 24 to its shareholders with an ex-date of May 31, 2024. Before that, in April 2023, the company announced an interim dividend of Rs 22 per equity share.

Sanofi India

Sanofi India has announced a final dividend of Rs 117 per equity share of a face value of Rs 10 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024. The record date has been fixed as April 25.

In May 2024, the company announced a final dividend of Rs 117 for its shareholders. Previously, in March 2024, it announced an interim dividend of Rs 50.

Schaeffler India

Schaeffler India has announced a final dividend of Rs 28 and the record date has been fixed at April 23. The dividend will be distributed within 30 days from the company's annual general meeting on April 23.

In 2023, it provided a dividend of Rs 24 to its shareholders and this went up to Rs 26 in 2024. 

CIE Automotive India

CIE Automotive India will provide a final dividend of Rs 7 to its shareholders, and the record date is April 23. In 2022 and 2023, the company provided a dividend of Rs 2.50 each, and in 2024, it went up to Rs 5 per share.

Elantas Beck India

The company has fixed April 23 as the record date for the payment of the interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity share. Elantas Beck India has issued a dividend of Rs 5 for each year from 2020 to 2024.
