New Delhi: TVS Motor Company today reported 14 per cent increase in total sales at 1,95,937 units in April.
The Chennai-based company had sold 1,71,897 units in the same month last year.
Total two-wheeler sales for the month grew by 13 per cent to 1,86,041 units as against 1,65,194 units in April 2014, TVS Motor Company said in a statement.
Motorcycle sales increased by 13 per cent to 74,953 units last month compared with 66,460 units in the corresponding month a year earlier.
Scooter sales grew by 15 per cent to 49,375 units in April against 42,942 units in the corresponding month last year.
