Ranveer Singh's spy thriller is busy smashing records at the box office. With 17 days since its theatrical run, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has collected a total India gross collection of Rs 1,163.74 crore. The total net collections have been reported as Rs 972.22 crore.
Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is now in its third weekend. Making use of the Good Friday holiday, the third Friday saw a boost in its collection after the numbers had reportedly slowed down. The 17th day collection currently stands at Rs 12.85 crore with 9,515 shows running. The average occupancy as of now has been reported as 26%.
The language-wise breakdown of day 17 shows Hindi leading with a huge margin, as it serves as the backbone of Bollywood. It has contributed Rs 12.20 crore. The Telugu language has collected Rs 0.37 crore, while Tamil is currently valued at Rs 0.28 crore.

The occupancy in major regions reports the National Capital Region topping the chart with 1299 shows. It is followed by Mumbai, which is hosting 998 shows, and Ahmedabad, with 724 shows running.
As per Sacnilk, the daily trends of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge have been impressive. The movie started off with a historic Rs 43 crore in paid reviews. Moreover, the first weekend also crafted history with consecutive Rs 100 crore+. With an approximate of 20,000 shows running daily, the film closed its first week at Rs 674.17 crore.
While the second week saw a dip in its numbers, the weekend collected Rs 62.85 crore and Rs 68.10 crore. However, with a reduced number of shows, the average occupancy saw a major dip.
Day 15, the third Thursday, marked the lowest collections for the movie yet, as it collected only Rs 18.30 crore. Though a big number, the unstoppable hype and buzz surrounding the movie have set the expectations high.

However, the 16th day, being a holiday for Good Friday, saw a significant increase as it collected Rs 21.55 crore. But the total number of shows has decreased to 13,330.
As Sacnilk reports, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has entered the Rs 1500 crore club as the total worldwide gross collections are Rs 1,523.58 crore. The overseas market has contributed more than Rs 375 crore.
