Fourteen out of 15 sectoral indices compiled by the NSE declined, led by the NSE Nifty Realty Index's 1.5% fall. On the flipside, the NSE Nifty India Defence Index was the only sectoral gainer, up 0.5%.

The latest grey market premium trends for OnEMI Technology Solutions suggest a muted listing for the stock ahead of its debut this week.

Hindustan Laboratories and RK Steel Manufacturing Company which filed their preliminary IPO papers in January and September respectively, obtained SEBI's observations on April 27.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 95-Rs 98 per share.

The Rs 926-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 850 crore and an offer-for-sale component worth Rs 76 crore.

Shares of OnEMI Technology are scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on May 8.

The company is working with Citigroup Inc. on the IPO, and three or four more banks could be appointed for the listing.

Proceeds will be used to acquire Luxor at Bagmane Capital Tech Park (spanning one million sq ft) as well as part-fund the acquisition of a 93 per cent stake in Bagmane Rio, which owns the 1.1 million sq ft Bagmane Rio Business Park.

The grey market premium (GMP) for Kissht parent OnEMI Technology IPO suggests a possible 4% listing gain ahead of its April 30 launch, reflecting moderate demand in the unofficial market, though actual listing performance may vary.

The Nifty ended 0.8% higher to close above the 24,000 mark.The Sensex also gained 0.8%, rising over 600 points to settle at 77,303.

Acko is expected to file its draft prospectus in 2026 and is working towards a market debut in early 2027, sources said.

The Kissht IPO will open for subscription on April 30 and close on May 5.

The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 48.24 lakh equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.

These companies, which filed their preliminary IPO papers between December and January, obtained its observation during April 20-23.

"My base case valuation, flawed definitely but setting the construct for a revisit, delivers a value of $1.22 trillion for SpaceX," Aswath Damodaran said.

The BSE Sensex fell 852 points to end at 77,664, while the NSE Nifty 50 closed 0.84% lower at 24,173.

If accepted, the Rs 1,800-crore payout would rank as the largest settlement ever made with SEBI, signalling an attempt by both sides to draw a line under one of India's most high-profile regulatory disputes.

The NSE Nifty 50 rose nearly 0.9% to end above 24,550 and the BSE Sensex rose nearly 1% or over 750 points to settle near 79,300.

Inox Clean had previously filed draft papers for an IPO in July last year before withdrawing them in December. The company is expected to retain some of the banks that worked on the earlier attempt while adding a few more, including global firms.
