CBSE To Declare Class 10 Board Results: Who Can Take Improvement Exam?
CBSE had launched the Two Board Examination Policy

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to announce the results for the Class 10 board examination soon. Some students may wish to take improvement exams after the declaration of results. Previously, students could sit for an improvement exam in the following year; however, with the introduction of the two-board exam system this year, the rules have changed. CBSE will now offer all students another opportunity to enhance their scores in the May 2026 examinations.

While the chance to better their Class 10 board exam results will be available, students should keep in mind that there is no option for improving scores in internal assessments, as these are assessed throughout the year.
