(Bloomberg) -- The smog that blanketed Beijing in December has returned in the New Year. Beyond the capital, 61 cities have issued health alerts, forcing the cancellation or delay of hundreds of flights. Air pollution in Beijing last month triggered a red alert -- the highest level of warning.
