New Delhi: Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals on Wednesday posted a 13.7 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 45.5 crore for the quarter ended June.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 40.02 crore for the corresponding period of 2015-16.
Net sales, however, declined to Rs 365.9 crore in the June quarter, as against Rs 400 crore a year earlier, Dishman Pharmaceuticals said in a regulatory filing.
Shares in Dishman Pharma, on Wednesday, ended 1.58 per cent lower at Rs 164.75 apiece on the BSE, whose benchmark Sensex index finished down 1.02 per cent.
