New Delhi: Home-grown auto major Mahindra & Mahindra today launched automatic transmission variant of the new generation Scorpio priced between Rs 13.13 lakh and Rs 14.33 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The automatic transmission (AT) variant will be available on the top-end S10 variant of the SUV Scorpio, the company said in a statement.
While the two-wheel drive AT variant will be priced at Rs 13.13 lakh, the four-wheel drive option is tagged at Rs 14.33 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
M&M president & chief executive (automotive) Pravin Shah said: "At Mahindra, it is our constant endeavour to make advanced technology more accessible and affordable to our customers."
He further said: "In fact, the Scorpio was the first Indian SUV to launch an Automatic transmission in 2008 and, now, we offer our customers an automatic option on Scorpio's New Generation Platform."
Launched in September 2014, the new generation Scorpio has been built on an all-new platform.
