(Bloomberg) -- Impossible Foods doesn't appear to be resting on its laurels after its Impossible Burger was named one of the top food trends of 2019, with the maker of faux meat and plant-based burgers promising to reveal “big” menu-related news in Las Vegas next week.
“We've got big news coming your way at #CES2020 next week,” the company said in a post on Instagram, sharing a screenshot of a Jan. 7 calendar date.
Impossible Foods CEO Patrick Brown has ruled out an IPO in the near term. Rival Beyond Meat Inc. has seen its shares at least 200 percent since its initial public offering in May.
