BL Kashyap Bags Two Orders Worth Rs 1,021 Crore

The company's total order book stands at Rs 3,545 crore as of date, excluding GST.

BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd. has received two new construction orders worth a total of Rs 1,021 crore on Tuesday. The company's total order book stands at Rs 3,545 crore as of date, excluding GST.

The civil engineering and construction company received the Letter of Intent on June 11, according to its exchange filing.

The first order by Sattva Homes Pvt. involves construction of a hotel's structure and shell work. Valued at Rs 97 crore, the project is slated for completion within 13 months.

The second order from DLF City Centre Ltd. is valued at Rs 924.11 crore and pertains to civil and composite steel structural works. It has to be completed in 21 months.

Shares of BL Kashyap closed up 5.13% at Rs 90.97 per share, as compared with a 0.02% advance in the NSE Nifty 50 on Tuesday.
