New Delhi: Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported 10 per cent increase in total sales at 3,61,493 units for February.
The company had sold 3,28,468 units in corresponding month last year, HMSI said in a statement.
HMSI's motorcycle sales, however, declined by 2.25 per cent to 1,39,334 units last month compared with 1,42,549 units in February 2014.
The company's scooter sales jumped by 22.13 per cent to 2,08,811 units from 1,70,971 units in February 2014, it added.
Exports declined by 10.7 per cent to 13,348 units as against 14,948 units in the same month a year ago, it said.
