(Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Bank AG has expanded its electronic-trading team in Asia by making three appointments in Hong Kong for its Autobahn platform.
The bank has hired Harj Bagria and Jason Lam from Citigroup Inc. and Andrew Royal, who joined from UBS Group AG, Deutsche Bank's Hong Kong-based spokeswoman said Thursday. Bagria has joined as a sales trader while Lam and Royal will be product developers. All three will be part of the equities team running Autobahn, an electronic-trading platform, in the Asia Pacific region.
“As demand for Deutsche Bank's algorithmic trading products continues to grow in the region, we are pleased to have made new hires of such high caliber,” said Ben Radclyffe, the head of Autobahn in the region.
