To resolve this issue, NDTV Profit spoke to technology content creator Dhananjay Bhosale, who shared a variety of tech recommendations that would make perfect gifts for the women in your life.
Wireless Earbuds
A budget-friendly option in this category is the Realme Buds T110, priced around Rs 1,500. These titanium-plated, smart-touch earbuds feature a lightweight design and offer an impressive 38 hours of total playback.
For those with a bit more to spend, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 is also a good choice (Rs 2,699). If you're looking to give your mother "the best sound experience ever," Bhosale recommends the OnePlus Buds 3, priced at Rs 6,499.
Smartwatches
With an increasing preference for a healthy lifestyle, smartwatches have also become a top gifting choice these days. Bhosale suggested that for those looking for features such as sleep cycle tracking, heart rate monitoring, step tracking and other essential health data, the Amazfit GTR2 could be a good choice (Rs 7,999 onwards).
He added that Garmin also offers some great smartwatches, but they come with a higher price tag.
Smart Rings
Smartwatches may not appeal to all mothers due to their appearance. For those who prefer something more subtle, Bhosale recommended smart rings as an alternative. In this segment, the Amazfit Helio Ring, priced at Rs 20,000, is a good option. Gabit and Ultrahuman are other recommended brands in the higher price range.
Robot Vacuum Cleaners
Dhananjay Bhosale said that Xiaomi is one of the brands offering value-for-money robot vacuum cleaners, starting at Rs 9,999. He also mentioned a brand called Dreamy, which offers similar products. "There's a new product I want to suggest, though it's quite expensive — the Dyson Mop Wash G1," he added. The product comes in the price range of Rs 60,000.
Electric Choppers
Bhosale shared that he personally uses the INALSA chopper at home, which his mother also prefers. Other brands offering powerful choppers include Bosch.
