Online platform Kagi Translate is going viral on social media for its new "LinkedIn Speak" output option. This viral feature turns normal text into corporate-style, professional language. While the tool supports over 248 languages, it has turned into an overnight internet sensation for its "LinkedIn Speak" output option. To use this feature, users simply need to input a regular sentence such as "I want to go home."

With the "LinkedIn Speak" feature, Kagi Translate will turn the casual unprofessional language into polished, corporate-style phrasing. It is designed to show creative examples of how everyday talks can be reframed to sound professional.

When prompted to translate "I want to go home", Kagi responded: "Reflecting on the importance of work-life integration and the value of returning to one's personal sanctuary to recharge for the next day's challenges."

According to the website, the Kagi tool uses advanced language models to give accurate, context-aware translations. Jumping on the viral trend, several users are sharing funny and creative examples online, showing how corporate conversations evolve.

Users Turn Creative

"Babe wake up, someone created Google Translate for LinkedIn," a user posted on X, sharing a screenshot of their trial with the tool.

Echoing similar sentiments, another user said: "I'm dying. With this translation tool, I'm finally able to effectuate ideation synergies."

As this user told Kagi that they are hungry, the tool responded: "Excited to announce that I am currently prioritising my personal fuel intake…"

Kagi was founded in 2018 by Vladimir Prelovac in Palo Alto. Its advisory board includes Raghu Murthi, Dr. Norman Winarsky, Stephen Wolfram and Rory Sutherland. Bootstrapped until 2023, Kagi later raised over $2.5 million from 93 angel investors, according to its website.
