An American man has reportedly sold his property for far more than the estimated market cost suggested by real estate agents, with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Florida resident Robert Levine's claim that ChatGPT's property management tips before the sale earned him $1 million, has now gone viral.
Levine told the New York Post that ChatGPT guided him during his home-selling journey, from drafting the listing description to recommending repairs, while also sharing strategies needed for advertising.

Not only did he make a profit with the help of ChatGPT, but Levine also saved approximately 3% in agent commission fees. He also successfully sold the property for at least $100,000 higher than agent's estimations. As per NBC Miami, Levine said, “I really wanted to challenge myself to use AI for the entire journey, not just piecemeal. Every step along the way.”
ChatGPT Tips In Real Estate
Levine relied on ChatGPT rather than following the traditional approach of hiring a real estate broker, and asked it to build a market and advertising plan for the sale.
ChatGPT even helped set the property price and offered suggestions about home repairs for better presentation. The AI generated notes for home improvements, such as repainting specific rooms to provide a fresh aesthetic.

According to Levine, ChatGPT also developed a comprehensive, step-by-step timeline to manage the entire listing process efficiently. “We repainted a couple of rooms in the house because ChatGPT said that's where you're going to get the biggest return on investment,” Levine noted.
He added that ChatGPT generated both the marketing copy and a strategic guide for positioning the property on the Multiple Listing Service. Additionally, the AI recommended a mid-week launch for the sales advertisement to ensure maximum visibility.
