Ai+'s upcoming flagship device, the NovaFlip, is expected to launch soon, marking the company's entry into the flip-style foldable segment. Led by Madhav Sheth (former Realme India CEO), the brand's first clamshell foldable smartphone is set to launch in India during Q1 2026. The NovaFlip will kick off the new Nova series, which aims to deliver innovative technology at accessible prices. Future models in the lineup are expected to include options like Nova Pro, Nova Ultra, and potentially a foldable variant.
Ai+ NovaFlip Price In India
As compared to other flip phones like Motorola Razr and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip series, the Ai+ NovaFlip is slated to be significantly cheaper.
The Ai+ NovaFlip's price in India will reportedly be under Rs 40,000, which will be very aggressive pricing in the foldables segment and could be a turning point for budget buyers to get interested in the tech.
Ai+ NovaFlip Operating System
The Ai+ NovaFlip is confirmed to run on NxtQuantum OS, a custom operating system designed to intelligently adapt to both folded and unfolded states. When closed, it reportedly optimises for quick glances and at-a-glance information. Ai+ has emphasised that the phone will ship with zero preloaded bloatware.
Ai+ NovaFlip Specs And Features (Expected)
Recent teasers highlight the NovaFlip's focus on effortless selfie capture, with the tagline "Make selfies simpler in just a flip." The design features a vertically oriented rectangular cover screen for notifications and quick interactions. Two camera lenses are arranged vertically next to it, and a ring LED flash below. Teasers also indicate a sleek hinge design and side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The dual rear camera set is expected to comprise a 50MP wide lens and a 13MP ultrawide. The NovaFlip is also anticipated to feature a large 6.9-inch LTPO Amoled main inner display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 4,000mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging and reverse charging, and come in black, white, red/maroon, green, purple, and pink colourways.
A dedicated landing page for the NovaFlip is now live on Flipkart, where the brand has also promised strong after-sales support through over 300 service centres and more than 1,000 resources across 270+ cities in India.
