Which teams have been eliminated from the T20 World Cup?
New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Papua New Guinea, Uganda, Oman and Namibia have been officially eliminated from the T20 World Cup.
PNG was the latest team to get knocked out of the competition after their loss against Afghanistan. The result also confirmed the elimination of New Zealand and Uganda from Group C.
A day earlier, elimination of Sri Lanka was confirmed after Bangladesh's win against the Netherlands in the Group D match.

These results will mean that both teams will end up on four points each but the 'Men in Green' will qualify basis of a superior net run rate compared to the USA.
How can the USA qualify for 'Super 8'?
USA will qualify for the Super 8 stage if they win their last match against Ireland on Friday, June 14.
How can England qualify for 'Super 8'?
For England to ensure qualification, they need to win their match against Namibia on Saturday, June 15 and hope that Australia will do them a favour by beating Scotland in their match on Sunday, June 16.
These results will mean that both teams will end up on five points each but the defending T20 champions will qualify basis of a superior net run rate.
How can Scotland qualify for 'Super 8'?
Scotland will qualify for the Super 8 stage if England fails to win their match against Namibia on June 15. A win against Australia on June 16 will guarantee them a place in the Super 8 and a top spot in Group B.
How can Bangladesh qualify for 'Super 8'?
Bangladesh will guarantee Super 8 qualification if they win their match against Nepal on Monday, June 17. A loss against Nepal will not be the end of the road for the Asian team and they can still qualify for the Super 8 stage if the results of other matches go in their favour and their net run rate is not inferior to others.
