These are - 1.higher large deal focus, 2.expanding horizontal scope, and 3. investment in specific capabilities.
Other aspects, viz. 1. reduction in the number of profit and loss, and 2. prioritising markets/verticals – prima facie, appear risky.
Subject to modus operandi, this may make the organisation more centralised and defeat the purpose of a simplified operating model.
How the company can decouple decision-making from P&L accountability will be an interesting thing to watch.
